Charles obtained his Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Hong Kong in 2011, majoring in Finance and Psychology.

He is a CFA and CAIA Charterholder. 

Charles joined Anglo Chinese in research in 2015 and after supporting corporate finance transactions moved to the  corporate finance team where he worked on a wide range of complex transactions with an empahsis on our liability management and financial restructuring practice in financially stressed situations, valuations and Mergers & Acquisitions. In 2024 he moved to London to re-establish our London office.
